Feasibility and suitability reports

Solicitors often request suitability reports on properties that have been sourced by the Claimant and they wish to have an opinion on whether or not they can be made to be suitable and also that they are appropriate. Appropriateness is important in all claims because as is often the case Claimants will want to purchase something more expensive than has been recommended. Expectations need to be managed and applications made to the Court for interim payments and Simon can prepare suitability reports that quickly identify if a property is suitable or appropriate.

Initial opinion

It is often the case that solicitors want an initial opinion based on the evidence as to whether or not there is a reasonable housing case and/or how much it may potentially be worth.

Simon can prepare a short letter stating the facts and his ‘basic opinion’ in the first instance which is often useful information at the beginning of a case.
